Hello All! First off, good luck in your Bracket Pools and check the main page for any picks throughout the tournament. Just to recap our March madness breakdown real quick:
I only have a few complaints. As you know I am a huge Mountain West supporter, but even without bias, it is ridiculous to put UCLA in over Colorado St. UCLA only beat 2 legit tournament teams all year, Utah and Oregon, and those were both at home. That being said, I get CST only had wins against SDSU and Boise St. BUT! Colorado State only lost 6 games all season, 4 on the road, 1 on a neutral site (SDSU), and just one loss against a team not in the tournament! Meanwhile UCLA had 13 losses, 5 against non tournament teams, including 2-8 in true road games. Putting UCLA in over CST, Temple or even Miami is ridiculous.
I do not like Dayton in the play-in game, I thought they were easily a 10 seed and should swap spots with IU. Also, Gerogetown should not be a 4 seed, and all of the Indiana teams should not be in the same region.
Those are my big complaints, I can see the fans upset with N. Iowa and Wichita St. Overall, I like the bracket and am excited. CHEERS to someone beating Kentucky, and see you next March!
Enjoy! Feel free to comment!
